She surely would've had more children if she lived long enough to retire comfortably, she took to pregnancy exceptionally well(carrying twins to full term is incredibly uncommon+natural delivery while being high risk) and even seemed to enjoy it. Ai would 100% had a houseful of children if given the opportunity.
