Sorry to ask a strange question, but does English have interesting phrases which can be taken two ways as emphatic negation and as double negative (=affirmation)?

Japanese has the phrase ないものはない.

>emphatic negation
A: 1万円貸してくれない?
A: Do you want to lend me 10,000 yen?

B: だめだ、お金がない。
B: No, I'm broke.

A: そこをなんとか!
A: I'm begging you!

B: ないものはないよ。
B: I can't lend you what I don't have.

>affirmation
A: ハイキングに必要なものは全て買った?
A: Did you buy everything you need for a hike?

B: ああ、ないものはないよ! (=全部揃ってるよ!)
B: Yeah, everything is ready!
