1. Mint was not signed up for VShojo at that time. She mentioned pitching the idea for the idol group later on during her trip with Matara to Japan. That happened twice during the podcast, so it was either the end of April, or in June. Basically, not April 1st, meaning she would have had to be scouted later because the idea hadn't even been pitched at the time so a meeting at the start of April would have meant nothing.
2. Picrel. One of the monster girls who didn't debut met with the 3rd idol girl just a week ago. Said idol girl is implied to be a bad cook (didn't know how to make pancakes) and either lives in or was visiting Japan at the time (Pia lives there)
