Most people cant handle multi tasking multi enemy fights. their brains literally freeze up in a panic attack until they die. Also most people do not have good critical thinking skills and cant come up with strategy or tactics on the fly, so they will run near an edge of the cliff with a large amount of breakables stacked up obscuring their view, they will try and run around the breakables and go near the edge of the cliff, then get pushed off, then complain its stupid and unfair.

i literally watched these scenarios play out with multiple streamers playing this game for the first time. I spent a long time watching streamers to study how different people approach and experience souls games.
Souls players typically like a game thats more about rote memory. Ideally it will have intuitive attacks that you can dodge the first time if yo uare quick and smart but most people will settle for simple rote memory trial and error boss design.

Too much strategy/tactics involved = bad
Too much reflexes involved = bad
too much multi tasking involved = bad
