The very notion of Rika wanting to leave the village to go to fucking St.lucia was utterly brain dead and the entire idea that Satoko has grown so dependent on ONLY Rika and only seems to care for Rika is complete garbage. Not to mention how Satoko is canoncially smarter than Rika so her being unable to study is also wrong.

If for some reason Satoko and Rika did end up going to that school and Keiichi and Shion didn't go charging in there to burn the school down and take Satoko back then Satoko would much more likely to just off herself than to murder Rika and her friends. The entire plot was just forced garbage because Ryukishi is a fucking pussy hack who can only get his ideas from his fans.
