I legitimately do not see the point of making Star Trek and Zelda full scale themes when:
>1. Star Trek hasn't been popular for over a decade outside of the "reddit consoomer" market
>2. there are a ton of Non-licensed themes they can sell for cheaper
>3. TLG doesn't need to make cheap sets for zelda since the only people that will buy them are the Reddit consoomers with disposable incomes
It just makes no sense to make full themes of them (let alone evergreen lines) when their primary target audience (scalpers and basedboys) will quite literally spend hundreds of dollars on glorified dust collectors for reddit updoots. we're talking about subhumans who would spend $500 on a handheld console that's barely an upgrade to it's nine year old predecessor for freaks sake.
>but muh minecraft
Minecraft quite literally requires being creative in order to be interesting, it can't just sell some giant grey triangle or some shitty modular just because of some exclusive minifig nobody outside of gooners will care about.
>but muh one piece
acting like that line will last longer than 1 or 2 years when it's based off a freaking Netflix adaption of all things, is an extreme stretch of logic.
