Or the early days of Rainbow Six Siege, Dota2, Rust and Squad for example.
The first games i mentione died because of their "muh 2000h" playerbase. The games i mentioned as last, alienated the retarded playerbase telling them to fuck off and thrived.
I don't want to pretend to know who's in the right now here, but this is something we saw times and times again. The only ONE rule that i know, is that twitch streamers and "content creators" are ALL animals and should never be trusted with anything.
