The "core" for DPS Cyrene is her E1 and RMC. Her optimal team is RMC, Evernight, Hyacine. But her E1's Ult stack generation got mega buffed, so maybe you can afford dropping Evernight for Tribbie, or Hyacine with another healer. The thing about Cyrene is that she buffs the entire team so in her ideal teamcomp everyone contributes significant damage, not only her.

Tribbie should be fine if you can afford not using her in your 2nd team. Cyrene benefits from all of Tribbie's buffs and Tribbie also benefits from Cyrene's team damage buffs. The only annoying part about Tribbie compared to Evernight is that Tribbie contributes less ult stacks, but she's still a Chrysos Heir so you'll start with 6 ult stacks at the start of the fight. Cyrene's Tribbie buff is also great, it's basically Tribbie's E2 + 12% DEF ignore.

For Cyrene Main DPS?
RMC contributes to a quicker Cyrene ult because Mem contributes Ult stacks without any restrictions and gets future buff. Cyrene's nuke bounce count is determined by how many people on the team have "Future" (Cyrene's mini ult buff. She doesn't count for this but get 1 bounce minimum), so 4 bounces with a normal team, 4+3 bounces with a full memosprite team.

With E1 her nuke in a remembrance team bounces 7+12 times (19x60% = 1140% damage). The issue being that to trigger this attack, she needs to get 3 stacks of "Story". She gets 1 Story for every team member buffed, so you need 3 turns to nuke. Cyrene's RMC buff makes it so when it's RMC's turn, he gets an enhanced basic attack which makes Cyrene immediately follow-up the enhanced hit with her nuke.
Can you run Cyrene without RMC and just use Tribbie E1? Maybe. But you'll notice a big drop in performance.

Fugue does not buff firefly anywhere near as much as Cyrene buffs a full rem team. People keep saying how constance will replace RM but I wouldn't be surprised if fugue gets kicked.

If you want to go DPS Cyrene go for her E1 no question about it. It's pretty much a requirement for the playstyle since it gives her nuke a 720% damage multiplier. Push comes to shove you can always cope with the BP lightcone.
I've seen showcases of people coping without Evernight and using Tribbie, so I suppose Tribbie E1 is an alright replacement if you don't have Evernight (Cyrene's literally getting almost 200% True DMG). Hyacine... I'd say is pretty much a must. Even if only E0S0. Ica generates so many ult stacks for Cyrene, and she gets so many buffs from Tribbie + Cyrene that she basically becomes a subdps. The only cope close to Hyacine is Dan but his ult stack generation is pretty lame and he deals no damage. THAT SAID, V3 buffed E1's ult stack generation so we'll see how it affects her and her teammate replacements.

Also unrelated but for anyone curious, V3 changed Cyrene's nuke damage% from 950% to 1140%. So +190%. And the ult stack generation got buffed
