They need to buff the other Descendents more.

For example remember Hailey's old gun build? That should be buffed to match Serena's raw output at the very least. So that even if she doesnt have the other crazy shit Serena does like being able to fly and regen infinitely, she'll at least get some play time by being able to do similar damage.
