Dude, there are no "magnet" weapons in use capable of disabling machines lol, and stuff like EMP devices are dramatically exaggerated by the media. Realistically the only "weapons" that work on machines but not people are stuff like radio jamming, which was a big factor earlier in the Russia/Ukraine war, when lots of radio controlled drones were being used. But then stuff like fiber optic cable and semi-autonomous drones started getting deployed and radio jamming does nothing to those.
