It's really telling that you go to an extreme about communism ignorant of the fact productivity has been soaring for 80 years but in the same time frame pay grinded to a halt and currently isn't keeping up with inflation.
Truth of the matter is the factory owner is probably as dumb as you and me but he inherited a sizeable amount of money and was able to leverage it to get a sweetheart loan and pay someone to handle all of this for him - assuming that this isn't a factory owned by a too big to fail corporation that subsists on multi-national welfare.

This mentality is explicitly why the US is in decline. No one argues that a business owner isn't entitled to the lions share, but the difference is that the lions share in the past was grossly lower than what it is now.
