From looking at a 40K wiki (yeah yeah I know I'm sorry I don't know every warhammer fact off the top of my head) there's a decent amount of unique armors and helmets from Arbites that were released as a mini or from a book or edition they could pull from.

I'm going to go ahead and say Fatshark are just lazy and greedy fucks once again. Just gonna post the stuff I found so people can call them out if they claim there's not a lot of source material they could have used.
