See, 'actual' legal systems don't work like the Twitter-witchhunt arena where the accuser is automatically assumed to be correct. It's the opposite. The defendent, in fact, is in the right by default and the plaintiff needs to present evidence before a case can even go to court.
There almost certainly is something like that in their contracts already, but it's completely unenforcable.
