Even if you did, which I doubt, said degree would in no way help you understand the concepts of modern genetics, or more importantly those of computational genetics.

You need an understanding of biology at a molecular level AND at least 3rd year level applied mathematics & Statistical analyses.
Add an ability to code and the matrix algerba skills to decipher/sort/arrange the various human race DNA database.

The human genome project has divided its sample database into 5 distinct super-populations, all based on racial divides. Why would that be? Maybe these people know a little more than you? Gee I wonder.

Race is a real and valid categorization.
