Exactly they must reject all U.S. application claiming they don't qualify, but if they do qualify and they take pajeet over U.S. citizen thats illegal and now the jeet scammer company can be sued
In the r/h1b subreddit they're already seething about having their PERM applications freezed
And this jeet in picrel as he says the jeet company that is trying to H1B him in is willing to do fraud (most likely for a bribe, thats how indians work) but now its getting harder for them because of Americans applying for the jobs

PERM is a Green Card application. It's when a jeet tries to go from H1B to being a permanent resident.
