>How do I make relic blade work?
10% attack speed and 5x4% damage in the bottom of the tree are mandatory. Duelist helps for 50% weak spot damage, even if it can't crit for shit.
Mk X for sprint stab, and the push stab -> light -> light stab combo against beefy targets.
Mobility dump obviously. Run it with a ranged weapon that has fast swap, fast run speed, good run efficiency, and can deal with monsters good. Since you're unlikely to build into crit, bolt pistol is likely your best bet. I like unyielding, maniacs, Run'n'Gun, Puncture with collateral dump (since I need it for running around).
On the relic blade, carapace is good. For my second perk I have maniacs because mutants suck to play against. Unyielding and flak would be my other choices.
The most important blessing is Rampage, 36% strength is incredible, and it's easy to trigger with the swords massive range.
Cranial Grounding is likely the next best one, because it affects both damage (aim for heads) and heat economy.
I used to run Wrath a lot, but have dropped it and not really looked back. I'm not sure whether the increased cleave hits any important breakpoints for cleaving through carapace, but I don't think you should be cleaving through carapace much anyway when you could be stabbing them in the head.
Overload is definitely a meme, don't use that.
