I'm not sure if she really has horns or an eboshi but I thought it would look nice
I also wonder if she's gonna have rainbow colors somewhere like gems or the wonder stones in her designs but who knows, ZUN is really unhinged with coloring.

The closest we might get to Quetzalcoatl is via Dragon God syncretism imo, but you never really know with ZUN.

The bone could be a belt or something she's holding that goes down, the fluff might be a massive ponytail, a fluffy item like a hossu or maybe just part of her massive wings.
But of course she could be very chimeric in her looks, the wings seem to be part solid part and then flame like?

Not sure if the three parts connecting to the wing are really part of the wing or something at the front/back of the wings...
Or maybe she doesn't even have wings and it's just flame/aura stuff or cloth.
