Holy fucking shit those last two bosses were insane, especially after how much of a cake walk the rest of the game was. This is the first time I really had to build a team with serious thought.
After predictably getting my shit pushed in the first time I settled on building an unga bunga phys attack centric team with buff support which still faceplanted due to the accuracy debuffs. So I shopped around until I finally cooked up Durga who could nullify debuffs while also shitting out as much damage as Chud. Reiko rendered his magic useless so it was just a matter of waiting him out after that. My only real gripe is that it's insanely short compared to the other games. If it wasn't for the endgame stuff I'd have completed it in a day. Feels less like it's own game and more like an SMT2 Expansion pack.

Storywise I've noticed there's a trend in the overall series of the MCs getting cucked by all sorts of inventive means but Chud may be the most cucked of all, Reiko got brainwashed by a sex doll, brainwashed into stripping for literal rando demons during negotiations, and dumped the MC to fulfill her brocon fantasies in eternal purgatory. Poor dude took more Ls than an NTR protag.
