I feel SoH would rather have chainsword and bolt pistol than swap it out for a shield. They'd double down on the attack.
Idk what fluff Chieftains came from, but we're lucky they kept their bolter and bolt pistol.
Too bad for those carsoran axes. When Thunder Hammers cost mere 5 pts than power weapons you don't get too much wiggle room :(
