I have no idea about Linux compatibility. Yes, LoveR was originally a console game. PS4 first, which obviously got censored as Sony was rolling out their policies at the time, plus an uncensored, more feature complete Switch version later. Both were Japan-only, Endless Memories is the first version of LoveR with English and a (intended) western release.
