Every once in a while I run into sph used as a gag in a manga and it's great.

Found this ecchi manga recently that has 2 full arcs with a microdick MC (and it's brought up constantly). Source is "Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher"/"Nande Koko ni Sensei ga!?", first few arcs are normal ecchi but the second and third-last ones are the little guy.

Anyone else know of other manga, especially ecchi, with sph scenes? Usually see it with an oneesan playfully making fun of a shota but it's not something you can filter/search for, just happen across it.
