I genuinely don't know what will kill the game given how much the whales and addicts of this game just eat up whatever slop Blizz puts on their plates. The only way I see this game dying in the next ~5 years is if Blizz decides it's not worth it to upkeep the game and pulls the plug for other games that can make way more money.

I don't have hope the game is ever going to be good to me again but that's more of an overall MMO thing than me hating on WoW. MMOs are just so bland. Wow does too many basic things right and has such a long-term hold on people that it's hard for any new MMO to succeed, ESPECIALLY given the environment of 'release NOW, fix issues later'.
