Ehh, I really don't want to spend all the XP, time and research to just get the equivalent of plus 1 Soak, 1 Extra Action and 1 Strength, with side effects and literally needing stuff from the supernatural I am trying to replicate. With no access to Level 3 powers.
And no access to actually good innate powers like Garou regen, Imbued Second Sight, Vampire halving of Bashing etc.
