>search for 'legacy extensions' in chrome flags
>enable legacy extensions and restart your chrome / chromebook
>go to github
>find uBo
>download latest version for chromium, .zip file if you're on windows
>extract the zip
>open chrome
>check developer mode
>add packed extension
>navigate to where you download and extracted your zip file
>MAKE SURE IT SAYS CHROMIUM WHEN YOU CLICK THE FOLDER
>choose the extracted folder
>check your extensions and it should be there, it may have an error but everything works, confirmed working for me
