there isn't one, but i can break down the different flavours:
if you give a shit about your privacy, librewolf is the "hardened" one, which is nice. it's actually a bit of a pain to flip all the flags to get firefox itself hardened. there's arkenfox, but i think you still gotta do stuff beyond that. but then if you're just gonna sign into youtube and google services anyway...
floorp is like the vivaldi of firefox. a lot of customization options. a small team you can theoretically trust. and they do turn off some of the egregious tracking stuff in firefox, i think. it's not like privacy focused or anything like librewolf is
arc and zen are actually pretty cool because it's like, what if we got a bit more, uh, weird with web browsers? maybe weird is a bad thing to call it, but they're both sort of trying to do something different with "minimalist" web browsers. it's kind of cool. i think zen is the one try here

Lots of sites are worse on Firefox because the web is Chromium-first and has been for a while. Youtube especially doesn't play nice with Firefox, though it's better now than it's been in the past. You don't use Firefox because it's faster than Chrome (it's not). You use it because it's not Chromium underneath, (for now at least) you can disable most of the telemetry, and a real adblocker works on it.

what problems ? I didn't like it on my phone initially but getting used to it. Got brave, tweeked settings a bit to remove all the bloat that is possible and installed ublock. Works well except google maps street view stutters but I never really use it to be bothered.
Kept chrome for few occasions i need it. (bank login, few others).
