one weird thing about it was that I thought at first they sent the wrong thing, because there was no usb port, it just said something in Chinese.
later I was messing with it more and figured that wasn't plastic but a sticker on top, and it does have a functional port there.

not sure why it was covered by this sticker, to fool regulations or have faster shipping? or am I gonna get a hoisefire?
it also advertises fast charge but only does regular slow charge. and the listing is already gone for it. I got it for 8 bucks with coins but it's normally around 20. could it be that the charging circuits are faulty or using the wrong pcb and that's why it was cheap?
