god the "recommended" section is useless, I didn't even know this gem existed until I was checking people on poeninja and saw they had a green gem I'd never seen before. 40% more reservation on a 60 spirit aura is a huge penalty you can completely avoid by just using this instead, you only get like 2% less slow effect overall while saving almost 30 spirit
