I bought a used BMW and I could hear something moving around in the glovebox, and after looking behind the glovebox to see if anything fell back there, I found some SD cards full of medical files from a hospital. The first owner was a doctor so I found a lot of different shit from the hospital and some of his own stuff (since the name on the service records matched) throughout the car in weird places.
My friend also bought a used Subuaru Forester and found a box of tampons hidden under the backseat when he was trying to hide a wire. It really was just tampons in the box and nothing else worth hiding, so he was really confused why someone went to the trouble of hiding some tampons.
