i posted the ref and the drawing. its not that far off, but getting the likeness of a reference and person takes little details. we as humans are very much alike most of the time, two eyes, a mouth etc. but the placement and size vary. lets take your pupils for example, they look the wrong way, only because you placed them SLIGHTLY the wrong way. they arent wrong in the sense that they could look down, but in the sense that they should look towards the viewer/camera. the nose is less pronounced / too straight, patman has a slight crook in it. the chin is too chad/wide in your example. you forgot the hair behind the ear.

what you posted is essentially a good starting ground for shaving off and polishing. you should do more from this point on, if you were to deliver a finished product.

at this stage, if you still have questions, you should lay your drawing to the side for a while and come back to it later and compare to the reference, then you will feel almost stupid for missing minor shit. tunnel vision is very real.

just keep at it though, youre very much on your way.

oh, and also, the shadows missing is a big part which might throw you off. they do add a lot to the image.
