The villages there are either working at train station/conservation, or are simply doing nothing, without any perspectives whatsoever. The only connection here to the world is a train. Expensive one, too. From what I saw, it's at least 5 times more expensive than Polish train to transport any goods. Thus, everyone is forced to use "temporary" bridge. It's cheaper to risk your life over a shabby bridge instead of paying money for a train in a relatively good shape. ... Temporary bridge isn't free either, but I suppose locals don't have to pay the bridge toll (~200€).
