True, but it IS something. 10% increase of the passive gain is still better than nothing. Anon could always get ult increase on kill on another relic. Do you know the full cooldown of her ult? Like if you don't get hit and don't do any damage? If it's in the OP document I can't find it. I'm curious what the actual number would be for the increase.
