I'd actually recommend not farming SH10 and instead just do Cow Dungeon 10 with your 3 free attempts + cow bell. You will be farming cow dungeon here for a lonnnnnng time until you're around sync300. In fact I'd even argue you could get away with just dumping 1 SH tix a day because Cow Dungeon lets you farm gear without much effort
