I am kinda upset with the way GW is treating SM factions. I've recently learned that BT crusaders can be taken in squads of 20, same with WE berzerkers.

I know it's because profit and I know it's because infantry SM get folded instantly on the table.

But, hypothetically, if someone at GW decided to make marines more elite feeling again, how could it be done?
