Is Falcon really considered top tier? You have to make sure she gets A which takes at least 4 red sparks, on top of trying to get a good Greens, Long aptitude she's really hurting for getting everything just right for her legacy I don't think she really has enough leeway to just hope it all comes together, and I'm searching for stuff on umadb there isn't exactly an abundance of Uma's with Sprint/Long sparks, so why is she up so high?
