banks dont want 30 year loans let alone 50 year, they just want the comission then they offload it to wall street to package into MBS to sell to suckers that blow up every ten years and the suckers get wiped out, all part of the wealth transfer from poor to rich, rich get the bailouts, poor get the foreclosure and eviction
