Honestly hope the rework includes something like this, I'd still like a Big Burt being able to lead the NSM but him being able to practice what he preaches would be cool. You could lock conditional traits behind him approving himself. Despite NSM being pretty shit atm I think they still have a lot of potential to become a good faction, just needs some work.
