I am probably tempting fate to say that I don't have trouble in particular but as far as I am aware, even if you search my account by name on twitter, it will not show up, and its probably banned from the algorithm as well. I get my engagement only from people who already follow me and their retweets. I was actually banned once and they did not specify for what reason. A lot of moderation decisions on twitter feel very arbitrary in general.
