I'm still new to it (80 hours), not the pharaoh anon
but I am having a lot of fun with it, it is very different from Warhammer, and feels fresh in a way the Warhammer series hasn't felt in a long time
I will go over the main differences I have notices so far
>positives
The campaign map is much more interactive due to how attrition works and the addition of outpost settlements along roads
recruitment is split between faction units and native units, so your armies will be different depending on region (and the enemy's)
Lots more campaign mechanics that all work together
Lethality (a chance to instantly kill a unit on hit), and stances adds a new dynamic to battles, and things like flanking and morale are more important
Visuals, immersion, and overall atmosphere
>negatives
Less variety, both in campaign and in battle
not everything is explained very well, game is confusing at first
not a lot of mods for it
the ai doesn't really know how to use all the campaign mechanics
campaign map feels awkward in some areas because of the blocked off territory
