It would more likely than not be the most common fetish among Saiyans. Not that it would be something Saiyans bring up in normal conversation, but most would more likely than not at least understand if another Saiyan has a thing for tail stroking or tailjobs or the like. It's probably nothing like having a foot fetish or a fetish for hairy armpits would be to us, but there's likely layers to what some are willing to allow that vary on an individual level (for example, gentle stroking to indicate being in the mood is probably many steps away from something like wanting to be choked by another's tail while engaging in fellatio or cunnilingus).
