Maybe Sonic R? TJ Davis collaborated with Richard Jacques to work on the OST for that; she did all the vocals. If you listen to the music for Green Grove Zone on Sonic 3D Blast (Saturn version), you'll hear that it's basically a remixed version of TJ Davis' song, "It doesn't really matter."

I am particularly fond of the Japan/PAL OST. 2nd Favorite game is either Animal Crossing or Rock Man X (only 1-6, because 7 and 8 were ass).

This game was absolutely incredible, and the soundtrack (especially the Japanese soundtrack) is gospel. You can't convince me otherwise. So much so, that I literally have a few tracks as part of my playlist for running/cardio. I am particularly fond of "Special Stage (JP)" to which I am currently listening. What an incredible experience.
