It depends on the implementation, and Noa hasn't added anything yet.
If it's something like worm-infested succubi, I won't even try that shit. Maybe I'll steal a feat or two for another race, or fix it with mods, idk.
I need to at least see the RP ideas and gameplay before I judge.
