Stable market, rural Alberta hasn't been hit with crazy prices. White neighbours, nice place to raise kids. My oldest kid is honor roll, extremely bright. Wants to take engineering. Great idea, if you weren't a white kid trying to get accepted to a good school into a program AI is going to take over. Oil isn't going away, I think he's better off working a rig for a year and then if he's going to engineer, take petroleum engineering. He thinks civil engineering is the ticket. Why can't zoomies understand working with your hands is the only way AI isn't gonna take your job?
