>Women don't belong in positions of power in a business
As a (natural born) woman myself, I can confirm this statement, at least women who have not yet gone through menopause and are still menstruating every month should NOT be put in any decision-making positions! The reason for this is the simple but not to be underestimated fact that women's rational decision-making ability can be severely limited due to their monthly hormonal changes. At the peak of their fertile phase, they tend to make unreasonable and over-enthusiastic decisions - nature has set this up so that women engage in “unreasonable things” with men when they are ready to conceive. Once this fertile peak is passed, there is a small 2-4 day window of time when a woman is VERY rational, sane, highly concentrated, focused and creative. This is due to the fact that the egg cell will soon be rejected and the female organism quickly mobilizes everything again in order to achieve fertilization. If this fertilization does not take place, then premenstrual syndrome (PMS) occurs and in this phase all women are sad, sleepy, irritable and in no way capable of making rational decisions. They will make over-emotional, negatively colored decisions during this phase. And it doesn't get any better when the bleeding starts, which is accompanied by cramps and exhaustion. As a woman, you are literally not sane every 2.5 weeks. That's why it's very problematic to put women in important decision-making positions, at least women who are still menstruating. If you take women with defective ovaries for such a position, it will also have a destructive effect on everything that this woman has to decide. The only woman who can be given an important decision-making position is an old, experienced woman who has already had children and is no longer menstruating. But you never see a woman like that in a leadership position today. Why do you think that is?
