Guys I've been thinking about writing a novella set in a cyberpunk-world, or alternatively, a CP2077-fanfic. I've never written anything before (since elementary school) but I have a good feeling about this. I want the general theme to be about the evils of modern techno-capitalism so the MC is gonna be a guy in his late teens with delusions of edgerunnerhood. He finds a crew and in the beginning it seems like everything is going very well, but later on the group experiences infighting and betrayal, ultimately culminating in the MC feeling disillusioned and searching for purpose and through exposure to the century-old Ted Kaczynskis writings and being witness to Corp-sponsored massacres of environmental activists and the like gets radicalized into anticapitalist-antitech-ideology. He tries to do something about it but gets immediately ganked by globalists. As he dies miserably, he realizes that all the cyberpunking he did was actually kinda controlled opposition and feels lots of despair. What do you guys think? Should I waste my time on this? Don't worry, I'm not going to write it in English ofc
