As much as I like the lack of eyebrows it all boils down to them and to how some vanilla hairstyles are terrible with certain faces because they're framed completely differently in relation to the eyebrows. Face 4 tends to be the one that looks good with the most hairstyles without having to mod them, I think

It'd be a totally different thing if the facepaint option actually gave well-textured eyebrows and idk why the fuck they haven't just made that for all races
