The cutscenes we get like Arcadion, and the new one inside the Jueno area, should be the minimum quality of cutscenes not the best we get.

Well I heard 7.3 cutscenes are better too, but I haven't gotten to those yet.
It's a shame they won't go back and improve more MSQ cutscenes and voice them. It can't cost that much.

I've been playing Wuthering Waves and I noticed how they pretty much always frame the camera well, and do a lot of tracking shots and keyframing with the camera. Not just for the MSQ, but lots of side quests and companion quests. Only the most throwaway cutscenes like daily quests are done like FFXIVs. And that's a game that adds content every 6 weeks, not every 15 weeks. And they're like entirely voiced.
I wish this game had that, and some of the 7.2 and 7.3 cutscenes have been close. But it's still inconsistent, with it mostly not being voiced even when they do the better camera work and animations.
