For playing BA? Well personally when asked if I play a gacha I just say I play HSR (which I actually play alongside BA).
If you mean bad looks since we're IT? Never had a bad experience, people (agents, staff, suits) always do dumb shit, brick their stations doing dumb shit and then they call us to go fix it.
So when we fix it they usually express relief (to us or themselves), however the number of issues increased 1000% after the owners decided to invest and implement AI on the company.
Generally it makes stuff that was trivial before more complicated and prone to errors.
