'Rogue Trader' is a weird one. Originally it was publicized as going to be a set of space-ship and boarding rules... but they eventually gave up on releasing that game. The fans never got that message, and kept pestering them for a solid release date... so they just slapped the title on their sci-fi ruleset to shut people up (iirc).

The RT Genestealer Cult lists are in the RT Compilation, and the Chaos Genestealer Cults in an issue of WD... I think. Though, like many more obscure RT Lists, I don't Know how much use they ever got.
