maybe there isn't enough actual alcohol in mouthwash to kill everything but it's in there for a reason, right? could it even help numb toothache?

i have actually tried pure ethanol (scientist pal lifted some from his lab so i could clean my CPU) and bloody hell it is NOT nice.
