So explain to me why a social credit score system would be a bad thing again? Normal citizens could go to the nice part of town while people like this would be forced to take the bad parts of town. Now if there was a place that was FOR socializing and I was there because of that, sure come on up and approach me. Context has a LOT to do with it. And technology has very CLEARLY defined the social context. The problem is we haven't implemented enough apps, businesses, or locations to facilitate the social context.
